Jamie Anthony Casino is the owner and managing attorney of Casino Law Group. Born in Bristol, Pennsylvania, a solid blue collar suburb of Philadelphia, he learned to work hard. Despite his blue collar roots, he is the first lawyer in his family and the only one of his many childhood friends to attend college. He earned his bachelor's degree from Temple University. There, he graduated with the highest honor, Summa Cum Laude. Thereafter, he took an interest in law and earned his Juris Doctorate (JD) from Barry University, a Catholic University based in Miami, Florida. He is currently licensed to practice law in the State of Georgia.
Never forgetting his roots, he took a blue collar, hard working ethic to his law practice and quickly became known as an aggressive lawyer willing to fight vehemently for those who could not fight for themselves. As a lawyer, he witnessed his true calling when he realized how good, hard working Americans were rendered helpless when dealing with large corporate entities, such as insurance companies. His representation has reached the news several times, including headlines as well as feature stories on TV news. He has represented thousands of individuals and is considered by his peers a highly skilled and hard-working attorney. He has provided both civil and criminal representation to high-ranking officers in all branches of the United States military, city officials, firemen, police officers, doctors, nurses, school teachers, clergymen and local businessmen. He has mentored several attorneys and has provided both civil and criminal representation to attorneys as well. His previous representation to businesses holding liquor licenses in the City of Savannah heavily influenced the procedures of how the City of Savannah policed establishments who hold liquor licenses.
His practice now focuses primarily in the areas of automobile accident injury, general personal injury, with a special focus on DUI injuries. Due to Mr. Casino's dedication to helping people who cannot help themselves, the Casino Law Group has evolved virtually overnight from a one room office with a single phone and a fax machine to one of the Coastal Empire's well recognized personal injury law firms.
Darius E. Bennett graduated from Lake Forest College in 1998, receiving a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and Spanish. After graduation, as a J. William Fulbright Fellow, Mr. Bennett completed research on the socio-politics of economic development in Santiago, Chile, South America. He later graduated Loyola University, School of Law in 2005, where he received a Doctor of Jurisprudence and a certificate in Trial Advocacy. Mr. Bennett speaks, reads, and writes proficient Spanish as a second language. After previously practicing law in Atlanta, GA since 2005, he relocated to Savannah, GA to join Casino Law Group in November of 2011.
